Sixth Week Blog 2

The actively listened to the poem and shared their ideas. Poetic devices from the poem were also introduced to the students. Activities to identify the poetic device were also given. 
 I introduced the next chapter titled 'Tolstoy farm' which is an extract from the autobiography of Mahatma Gandhi.

Eighth Week

                                                  EIGHTH WEEK                                                             31/7/23 - 4/8/23           The teaching practice was extended till 11/8/23. The portion for my class is almost completed. Dr Ancy ma'am came for my general observation on 2/8/ 23. Students were taught the principle of dignity of labour as preached by Mahatma Gandhi. In order to make the students appreciate and respect all jobs equally, they were given activities to prepare gratitude notes to the people belonging to different jobs. Eighth Week Blog 2

    Students were taught noun phrase and verb phrase with the help of charts and ICT. The students comprehension was ensured at every point. Exercise questions were given to them to ensure the complete understanding of the topic. I also taught them reported speech. The topic was made clear to the students with the help of real life situations. The class was enriched with the help of  many activities which caught the attention of the students and ensured in their active participation.
