Eighth Week

                                                EIGHTH WEEK
                                                31/7/23 - 4/8/23


        The teaching practice was extended till 11/8/23. The portion for my class is almost completed. Dr Ancy ma'am came for my general observation on 2/8/ 23. Students were taught the principle of dignity of labour as preached by Mahatma Gandhi. In order to make the students appreciate and respect all jobs equally, they were given activities to prepare gratitude notes to the people belonging to different jobs. They worked in groups and expressed their gratitude to people of different jobs.

COMMUNITY LIVING CAMP 2

Day 3 (14-12-2022) The events of the third day were organized by Team Insaniyat. The first session of the day was named “Arangukali” and was led by Mr. Bibin R, Research Scholar and Theatre Activist. The session mainly threw light on the importance of drama in education and introduced to us some techniques of theatre. This was followed by a competition of wood carving in which Team Ikshana consisting of Nimmy Joseph, Reshma and S. Arundhati emerged as the winners. The highlight of the day was the cultural programs organised by the various teams. Another significant event of the day was the paper file making session handled by Greeshma Gireeshan and Nimmy Joseph. The final session of the day was by Dr Vaishakan Thampi, Assistant Professor, M G College where he redefined and broadened our horizons on the concept of humanity. Orientation programs

Its necessary to get back on track. Four sessions of orientation program was conducted. Well began is half done. We got a clear idea about the next semester. Ms. Asha ma'am handled the first session which was interactive and thought provoking. It definitely made us come out of our cocoons. After a 15 min break, Dr Reghu sir initiated a valuable class on Time Management. We got an opportunity to listen to his timeless life stories. After this, we had a class by Dr Joju sir and Dr Bindu maam gave us a briefing on the upcoming semester.
