Orientation Class Day 3

Touch the heart of the learners before you though their brain...

The role of a teacher as a mentor and as a catalyst for change was emphasized by Dr Benedict sir. He also assigned us an activity to develop five images from the numbers 2 and 4.

Maya ma'am discussed about the purpose of education and the changes that happens at three levels. Joju sir also enlightened us with his motivational speech. Dr George Thomas sir engaged us in an indoor classroom activity.

Juggling the anxieties of project and elation about Onam😁

  IT'S ONAM  !!!        The excitement during Onam celebrations is absolutely infectious!!! The kaleidoscope of vibrant hues, the harmonious cadence of traditional music, the delicious sadhya and the joyous laughter of friends and family union create an atmosphere filled with jubilance. Its that time of the year when everyone's spirits are lifted and the ambience is electrified with delight.       Amidst the much-awaited Onam celebrations, the semester four students were busy with their project and other works to be submitted before the commission . Despite the bittersweet realization that this Onam marked our final celebration as students at MTTC, we wholeheartedly embraced the festive spirit. There were different programs like Mega thiruvathira and other Onam games .  

Project Viva

An internal project Viva was conducted on 23/ 08/23. The teachers asked questions and shared their ideas on the topic. The viva equipped us to prepare for the main viva.  We also got all the works signed from the principal. 

Eighth Week

                                                  EIGHTH WEEK                                                             31/7/23 - 4/8/23           The teaching practice was extended till 11/8/23. The portion for my class is almost completed. Dr Ancy ma'am came for my general observation on 2/8/ 23. Students were taught the principle of dignity of labour as preached by Mahatma Gandhi. In order to make the students appreciate and respect all jobs equally, they were given activities to prepare gratitude notes to the people belonging to different jobs.
