Week 3 (20/1/23)

The classes are taken according to the lesson plan. Students are very cooperative and this made the classes very interactive and entertaining. We actively engaged in the school activities. Feedback forms from the students were collected in the initial phase to track the improvement. I have completed the first chapter and a grammar portion. Students'comprehension was tested at every point. I began the second lesson.. igave them activities which drew them to the poem. The active usage of ict also enhanced the teaching process.

Eighth Week

                                                  EIGHTH WEEK                                                             31/7/23 - 4/8/23           The teaching practice was extended till 11/8/23. The portion for my class is almost completed. Dr Ancy ma'am came for my general observation on 2/8/ 23. Students were taught the principle of dignity of labour as preached by Mahatma Gandhi. In order to make the students appreciate and respect all jobs equally, they were given activities to prepare gratitude notes to the people belonging to different jobs. Eighth Week Blog 2

    Students were taught noun phrase and verb phrase with the help of charts and ICT. The students comprehension was ensured at every point. Exercise questions were given to them to ensure the complete understanding of the topic. I also taught them reported speech. The topic was made clear to the students with the help of real life situations. The class was enriched with the help of  many activities which caught the attention of the students and ensured in their active participation.
