School Induction programme Day 1

The school induction programme as part of the first semester curriculum commenced on 16 February 2022. For this, different schools were assigned to different groups. I got one of the most prestigious and largest schools of Asia- St. Mary's Higher secondary school, Pattom.
We reached by 9.15 and headed to the principal's room for a meeting. Rev.Fr. Babu. T, principal, explained about the campus and achievements. He gave an enlightening talk about the duty of a teacher. Then we had a meeting with vice principal sir and staff secretary. We were a team of 20 students under the guidance of Ancy ma'am. On the first day, we observed the school campus and joted down the special features and activities of the school. The school is blessed with an amazing library. We collected the magazine and had a quick scan through the magazine when we noticed that our dearest Giby ma'am is an alumni of the school. Then we served  food for the midday meal programme. Though the school was not in its full strength, there were lot of students. Then at 3.15, we signed our attendance register. It was a great experience. We were assigned line duty to manage the students. I realised that it is a great feeling to be called a teacher.😊

The kaleidoscope of vibrant hues, the harmonious cadence of traditional music, the delicious sadhya and the joyous laughter of friends and family union create an atmosphere filled with jubilance. Its that time of the year when everyone's spirits are lifted and the ambience is electrified with delight.       Amidst the much-awaited Onam celebrations, the semester four students were busy with their project and other works to be submitted before the commission . Despite the bittersweet realization that this Onam marked our final celebration as students at MTTC, we wholeheartedly embraced the festive spirit.
