2/2/22

Today is World Wetlands Day. Wetlands play a critical role in maintaining several natural cycles and supporting biodiversity. It is high time to conserve wetlands.
the first hour was taken by George sir. He asked us to jot down what comes to your mind when we hear the term physical education. Many ideas from the students chocked the chat box. He also reflected on the the need and importance of physical education. The revelation dawned upon us that physical fitness and exercises are mandatory for a sound body.
The second hour of the day was taken by Giby ma'am. She familiarised us with a novice topic ie methods of psychology. We discussed about the method of introspection. She also gave us an activity in which everyone actively participated. She also taught us to face chaotic incidents with a positive outlook.
Meekha ma'am engaged the third hour where she discussed about lesson planning and its importance. She also gave us an idea on the general principles of planning a lesson.
